A couple of years ago, I was dealing with constant low back pain. After months of struggling, I finally got an MRI which showed a disc bulge at L4–L5. Like most people, I was sent to physiotherapy and given a plan. I followed it exactly… for months. However, nothing changed.
I started to question if I was doing something wrong, but I was always told the same thing: just stick with it. So I did. I bounced between physios, tried massages, took painkillers, everything you’re “supposed” to do. But nearly a year later, I was still in pain.
At some point, I realized I needed to take things into my own hands. So I started digging into research, testing different approaches, and slowly learning what actually made a difference. It wasn’t instant. It was trial and error. But piece by piece, things started to click and eventually, I got out of pain.
Looking back, what surprised me the most is how vague and incomplete a lot of the advice was, even from reputable sources. That’s what led me to create this program. This is everything I wish I had when I was going through it. So if you’re in the middle of it right now, I know how frustrating it can be. But there is a way out. Stay strong and progress will come.
